Reservation deposit
Reserve your order by paying a 50% deposit at the time of your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your order.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your appointment.
In-person consultations
If you’ve booked an in-person consultation, you can try on up to two suits from our collection. You can also bring up to three people with you.
Conditions relating to children
For your children’s safety and to preserve the ambiance of our showroom, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 7 to appointments. Please arrange for alternate childcare before your visit.
Online consultations
For virtual consultations, we will work collaboratively with you using visual references and inspiration photos to understand your vision and preferences.
Late arrivals and absences
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or miss your appointment, please reschedule.
Express orders
Orders placed within 2 months may be subject to an express service fee. For more information, please contact us before booking.
